Our project consists of an Ocean front Tower with 27 levels, Hotel and Residences. Made up of 232 hotel suites, 88 residences of 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms and 3 Pent-House.
The project is located in Ave. Camaron Sabalo #905, Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico. It is located in the most privileged touristic area in Mazatlan.
This development will be built in an area of 4,616.30 m2 with a construction area aprox 35,000 m2, distributed in the 27 levels.
It is estimated to be complete by 2013. We currently are in aprox 30% pre-construction phase.
The Canvas Hotel & Residence will be a Residence-Hotel with mix-use. The tower of 27 levels works as 232 hotel suites and 91 Residence of full time that share the amenities. The architecture is minimalist clean lines, simple and elegant, the back wall has the purpose to open the view as possible to the sea, with large glass windows, floor to ceiling and movements in the terraces and Cantera finishes, which will give a touch of warmth and mark the division between the Hotel and Residences.
In the first level it is located the parking lot and the Back of house (Hotel Operation area).
At level 2° are located Lobby, Pool, Snack Bar Parking lot and Back of house.
At level 3° we have 2 Restaurants, Pools, Ball rooms, Bar and a Back of house.
At level 4° its located Offices, Gym, Spa, and Lobby.
Level 5° to 15° are located the Hotel Suites, Standard, Jr. and Master Suites
Level 16° to 26°, 8 residences per level of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms
In the 27° level are 3 Ph and a Sky bar exclusive for the residents.
